Hello Beloved,
I came into this work in the same way that most people enter into healing work, I wanted to heal my own wounds. So I began my journey into restoration.
Over the years I’ve gained certifications in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and Somatic Attachment Therapy. I also hold certification in Restorative Yoga and use therapeutic movement to deepen the healing capacity in my embodiment work. I approach healing from a body centered lens with the integration of breath, movement, and sound. My experience of inhabiting a femme body of culture adds richness and depth to my perspective on healing, layered with my experience in doula birthwork and conscious love. While this training has been invaluable, the wisdom that I’ve inherited from navigating my own healing journey has been my greatest teacher.
I draw from my education and life experiences to offer a heart-centered, integrated approach to healing, love, and pleasure.
Within the nourishing tenderness of the containers I co-create with participants, we unwind the stories held within the soma. Making deep contact with all that we’re holding, the resonance and the dissonance, befriending the body from the seat of the compassionate witness. Noticing what stirs in our inner landscape. Arriving back into our bodies with more grace, truth, and fullness.

My Approach
We have bodily wisdom that holds all the answers we need to self heal. We can tap into this benevolent knowing when we bring loving awareness to our thoughts, our patterns, and the rhythms of you- breath, pulse, sensations, movements. When we take the time to notice what stirs in the container of our experience, we can honor what we’re holding - slowing it down and slicing it thinner.
When we revere our capacity for resonance and dissonance, our body becomes a shelter to hold it all. We create more safety in ourselves for expansion and deeper access to breath. We find our way back home to our essential nature. We find what feels most settled and rest there. If we choose to. Because choosing is more important than doing.
